The Fishermans Cottage is the latest of our rentals to be completed, and probably has the most history.
When we bought the properties it had been used as a wood shed and had been completely filled with firewood dating back many years. The main beam had rotted, and the left side of the roof had fallen in. Prior to it being used for storage, it was designed as a Pig Sty with probable accommodation for the workers. It was subdivided into 2 main areas. One for the Pigs, and an area for cooking and food preparation.
Two years ago we embarked on turning it into a rental property, and believe that what we have created is probably the most quaint, well equipped and most comfortable Pig Sty you will ever stay in.
Fishermans Cottage as it is now called has one large double bedroom with ensuite facilities. (Please mind your head on entering the bathroom).
The superb fitted kitchen will enable you to recreate the food that France is famous for. The stove has gas rings and an electric oven. (the gas bottle is situated in the boiler room). Hot water is through the electric boiler, and should provide plenty of hot water. The TV is Satellite freeview and allows BBC, ITV and more. The signal can be affected by adverse weather conditions. It also houses a DVD Player and films are in the cupboard.
